ABOUT ABOUT

How to Jump the Chasm Between What Customers Need & What Your Product Does

To design great websites, you need to go talk to your target customers. You'll want to develop the site based on their input throughout your process. Unfortunately, understanding what they say is tricky. Paying attention to one loud user can totally derail your project.

You have to talk to a wide variety of people and account for everyone's thoughts. Yet, "the users are always right" but they never know what they need or want! How do you jump the chasm between what they say and what you actually design your site to do?

This event is free and open to the public presented by The University of the Arts Web Design Certificate Program. Learn more about this dynamic program here.
